\u201cValata Minusa\u201d is an antique tower location placed in the Bizantin plateaus of the Iblei's. It was originally a watch tower and presents typical Arab-aragon constructive characteristics. After, it's role changed becoming an industry of transforming olives into intense and qualified oil. In the vicinity one still finds today an antique olive mill, a testimony of the intense olive industry activity. Uninhabited for more than fifty years, after competent works of restoration, Valata Minusa has finally reached its splendor of the past and now it's a prestigious \u201ccountry resort\u201d with 16 spacious and comfortable rooms. Everyone is equipped with private bathroom, heating and air conditioning.
