Just to the south, even more to the south of North Africa, where \u201cGhibli\u201d burns the air and covers the white balconies of the farms with fine red sand of the African desert. Every year, hundreds of pink flamingoes arrive from Africa to nest.
The magnificent property now known as \u201cTerre di Vendicari\u201d is a splendid farm dating 1740 together with its adjacent mill built forty years later. Originally it was an agricultural property, full of lemon trees, olive trees, old carob trees and the famous almond trees of Avola: a magical place chosen by many swarm of bees, that produce honey in their estate.
1800 plants of prickly pears surround the farm offering their unique fruits. Arriving in Vendicari means taking a step back in time, to find scents, colors and feelings of the past.
Each room is different from the others and their names are: Fico D\u2019India, Mandorlo, Ulivo and Melograno. They are air conditioned and heated in winter. The attention to the details and the exclusivity of furnishings provide wool mattresses stuffed with the old system of combing and pillows with goose down. (SKY available in all rooms).

The swimming pool, Olympic-sized, offers relaxation and well-being with absolute discretion. Located next to the farmhouse, it is lined with the beautiful stones of Noto. \n Those who are interested can opt for excursions or do long walks by bike. The sea is certainly a focal point of attraction: just 5 minutes there are Eloro beaches, Calamosche, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi and Portopalo. But Sicily is also a land of great culture and \u201cTerre di Vendicari\u201d lives in Val di Noto with its beautiful Sicilian baroque.
