\u201cIl Casale delle Rose\u201d is a farm located in a wide valley of the land of Caltagirone. It offers 9 rooms with bathroom, a large room and two smaller for catering and conferences. Just two kilometers from the town, it exclusively serves a typical local cuisine with genuine products from its own farming. Here, are prodiced vegetables, olive oil, wine, fruit, jams, cheeses and ricotta.
\nAll rooms are furnished with rustic furniture, all have private bathroom, hot water and radiators. They are distinguished by simbols that refer to nature (loquats \u2013 artichokes \u2013 oranges \u2013 mulberries \u2013 cherries \u2013 lemons \u2013 pears \u2013 olives \u2013 figs).
\nThe part used for the restoration has classic Sicilian terracotta floors, a part has preserved its ancient symbol but there are all modern comforts (heating and air conditioning).

In the riding stables there are wide spaces for those who want to enjoy horseback riding (guided by an expert or independently). Guests who decide to stay longer can also enjoy activities such as cooking classes, pottery classes, bowling tournaments, chess tournaments, billiard and may assist to the farmers work.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its position, guests can easily reach many interesting cities (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, Piazza Armerina, etc).<\/p>\n

Finally, \u201cCasale delle Rose\u201d offers a \u201cDidactic Farm\u201d: a workshop for the knowledge of nature, animals and biological products.
