The holiday farm \u201cMasseria Cianci\u00f2\u201d is located in the extreme eastern Sicily, about 15 Km from Modica and about 5 Km from Pozzallo. Immersed in the countryside of Modica among carob and olive trees, prickly pears and stone walls, the building has kept its original characteristics both in the use of materials and in the typical furnishings of the houses of the last century. Look out of the great \u201cbaily\u201d, the heart of the holiday farm, the farmer\u2019s house, the stables, the warehouses for the storage of carobs, wheat and straw\u2026 nowadays reserved for guests.
\nThe rooms, all with private bathroom, are spacious and comfortable. They are 7, all face the baily and almost all have a lovely private garden where guests can spend moments of relaxation.
\nEach room has been personalized and studied in detail thanks to the professionalism of the owner, an interior designer, who has designed the interiors of \u201cMasseria Cianci\u00f2\u201d. The result is an elegant and sophisticated home immersed in the exceptional context of the Iblea countryside. All rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, ceiling paddles and all the necessary amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

A few kilometers away there is a sports facility with swimming pool, tennis courts and soccer field. In the surrounding area there are also characteristic restaurants. Thanks to its location the holiday farm is the starting point for day trips to the towns of Val Di Noto, such as Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli: examples of the most beautiful Sicilian baroque and belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
\nFor lovers of archaeology, a few minutes away, there is Cava d\u2019Ispica that includes proofs of the Sicilian, Greek, Roman, early Christian and Byzantine Age.
\nThose who prefer the sea can choice among the beautiful and nearby beaches of Ragusa, Vendicari Oasis or Marzamemi, typical fishing village. From the port of Pozzallo it is possible to visit Malta in one day.
