Casale Margherita is the ideal place for people who want to get in touch with nature and enjoy a special relaxing moment. Located 600 meters above sea level, this farm rises up in the Madonie Park and almost on the border with the Forest Preserve of Celsito, a few km away from the town of Pollina.<\/p>\n

Refurbished with respect to its rural style, Casale Margherita accommodate its guests in wonderful and unique rooms, which are furbished so that they can fully enjoy the local tradition. Particularly cosy and comfortable, the rooms are all provided with a balcony and some windows overlooking the nearby countryside, the town of Pollina and the Aeolian Islands. Moreover, all of them have its own entrance, a private bathroom with a shower, heating and air conditioning and can accommodate people with disabilities too. Furthermore, each one is entirely inspired by nature and named after some flowers, in the same way as the property is called \u201cMargherita\u201d, i.e. \u201cdaisy\u201d.<\/p>\n

The restaurant of this holiday farm is elegant and sophisticated, has an excellent service and offers the typical menu of this area to delight its guests with traditional dishes, almost forgotten and at the same time much sought after. In addition, the philosophy of Casale Margherita is to use almost completely local products and to offer the so-called \u201c0 km menu\u201d: in fact, every ingredient is produced inside the farm itself or bought from the local farmers and breeders. The excellent position of Casale Margherita allows its guest to easily reach and explore the landscape of the lower slopes of the Madonie Mountains, characterised by vineyards, olive tree and ash groves, as well as the nearby towns with their old town centres, their museums and their cultural attractions.
For the guests' relaxation this holiday farm also put at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool and the large green spaces in the surroundings.<\/p>\n

The guests of Casale Margherita can also enjoy the room service, whereas in the restaurant they may be accommodated on shared tables or, on reservation only, on an exclusive table.
Lastly, this holiday farm sells its agricultural products in a small area inside the property: olives, sun-dried tomatoes, dried figs, honey, manna (ash tree sap), olive oil, oregano, wine.
